When using IE8 (With Win7) I cannot ALT/TAB to any other active apps because IE8 blocks them. I MUST minimize IE8 to order to view these other active apps on my desktop then restore it to continue. Thoughts? Thanks!

You have a problem with something and I can tell you IE8 is not at fault. I wonder if some malware is nibbling away on you. I post the link to Microsoft Secirity Essentials on my home page, I suggest using it and check you system. If you are clean then you have some deeper problems that are hard to dianose in the forum. Nothing did help, if you minimize the IE8 you can normally switch applications otherwise not
