Internet Explorer
I presently have Internet Explorer 8 Loaded on to my computer...However I am unable to see or pull up the Tool Bar...I am also unable to download any fixes or updates...Please help!

Right click inside red "rectangle" and here is what you need:

Hi,
You can refer to these two articles to set your toolbar in Internet Explorer
Show the menu bar in Internet Explorer and
Customize the Internet Explorer toolbars.
In addition, regarding the Internet Explorer issue, it is suggested to post in
