I can't log into any of my downloaded programs that connect to the internet. Such as the iTunes store, Sony e-reader store, Yahoo messenger. All of these programs say that I'm not connected to the internet but I access the internet through my browser. I tried disabling my virus protection and the problem still exists. I would like to be able to buy books and music again, does any one have any idea what's going on?2 people need an answerI do too

My brother have this problem too there is internet connection in my laptop (vista) but he doesnt have on his pc (xp) and i tried all internet browser programs but there is no internet please help ( me and him are connected to the same DSL with cables not wireless)
