I can't log into any of my downloaded programs that connect to the internet. Such as the iTunes store, Sony e-reader store, Yahoo messenger. All of these programs say that I'm not connected to the internet but I access the internet through my browser. I tried disabling my virus protection and the problem still exists. I would like to be able to buy books and music again, does any one have any idea what's going on?1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, A firewall can cause programs to not see the Internet. Do you have an antivirus with builtin firewall? You should try to temporarily disable and try your programs again. Let me know,
