Hi, I would like to suggest you download the latest version of network card driver for Windows 7 from the following link: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false Note: The third-party product discussed here is manufactured by a company that is independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's performance or reliability. Before installing it, you’d better uninstall the previous installed network card driver. What’s the result? Regards,Arthur Li - MSFT
