Internet Access unavailable
I have been experiencing some users who have not been able to access the internet but the access to internal servers etc is fine. The only solution seems to be to give them a static IP then it comes back online, I then leave this for a while and then turn the network card back to DHCP and it seems to work fine. We are using windows 7, but I have never seen this before. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi, If the issue occurs again, please help me collect the information of ipconfig /all. At this time, please try the following methods for a test. 1. Update the network adapter driver on those problematic computers. 2. If any proxy is used, change or reset the proxy. 3. If any firewall or security software is used, disable them temporarily. 4. Reset TCP/IP and DNS by the following commands: ipconfig /dnsflush netsh int ip reset Niki TechNet Subscriber Support If you are TechNet Subscription user and have any feedback on our support quality, please send your feedback here.
