Internal customer experiencing duplicate smtp email address issue. I need to completely remove and re-create user's email account in for both Exchange and Active directory.
Already tried searching through active directory for duplicate entries of the email address where conflict exists (eg. Email removed for privacy and Email removed for privacy). No duplicates were found but re-creating user joe in active directory gives message This e-mail address already exists in this organization. No: c10312e7 and solution presented in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280765has not worked. Sorry if this goes to the wrong community as I could not find a matching primary product category1 person needs an answerI do too
