I have found similar topics but had no success since everyone's go-to answer is to install the IRST software/drivers. I have done that multiple times, I have updated my chipset driver and pretty much any other driver related to the disk system. I have a ASRock Extreme4 Z77 motherboard with one SSD which is properly shown as internal, and a Seagate 2TB drive which is the problem drive shown as external.
