Hi, i hope you guys can give me an idea of the issue causing this problem. When i boot up my machine, 8/10 times i seem to get passed BIOS screens but then the monitor power seems to alternate between ON and OFF. Every now and then (very rarely), the machine boots up fine and the rest of the time i get prompted to start in Safe,...Normal mode but again, sometimes it boots all the way sometimes not. Yesterday, i left it and after 10mns of alternate power to monitor, the login screen finally appeared! The monitor power going ON/OFF doesn't seem very healthy for my monitor so i wonder if anyone had had a similar issue of had any idea on how to resolve this? Thanks Oli

Hi, According to your description, it seems a hardware issue. Please also try to contact the manufacturer for help. Otherwise, you may try to plug-out, then re-plug in the display card to ensure it has good contact with motherboard. Juke Chou TechNet Community Support
