This is what my computer says when I try to sign in: "Insufficient System Resources Exist to Complet the API." When I turn the compuer on, it says that in a little box a few seconds after that is says "Windows is Starting UP." But it won't because of that and it just keeps doing that over and over before it restarts itself. I looked this up and found "This problem typically occurs when the computer uses 1 GB or more RAM.
