I have passed this stage previously which was almost completed but due to power failure I couldn't complete it. So i relaunched it but when it to a stage it prompt out this errors below:

An error occurred while applying SQL script for the feature BackendStore. For details, see the log file 'C:\Users\Administrator.NG.000\AppData\Local\Temp\2\Create-BackendStore-local.sample.com_rtc-[2013_10_10][02_57_36].log'Kindly render any help on this issue.

Can you please add the Html en log files, to see a little more information.and please check if you're account has CSAdministrator rights.

Would you please provide more environment information to us?
Do you deploy the Lync server standard edition or enterprise edition?
If you deploy the Lync server enterprise edition, please add the account used to install Lync server to the sysadmin group of SQL server.
Please make sure the port TCP\1433 and UDP\1434 is opened on the SQL server.
Please don't define monitoring and archiving server in topology builder and test the issue again.
The issue also may be related to disk read and write cache.Here is a similar case for your reference:
