Installing KB2919355 fails with error 80070002 on windows 8.1 pro

I found out that update KB2919355 fails with error 80070002 on a daily basis for the past year or so. Later updates were successfully updated but this specific one keeps failing.

The system is windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.

I already tried running windows update troubleshooting tool and several other advised I found in the forum but none really helped.

Any idea what to do ?

Thanks.
