Installed Programs not showing up in control panel
Hi, Just a few minutes ago i checked my control panel and found that it said that no programs were installed. I tried to install a program and that newly installed one showed up but not the others. Any idea how to get them back? all the programs on my pc still work fine but it would be nice to be able to see all the installed ones. Thanks, RobI forgot to say i am running windows 7 home premium

Hi,This problem may occur if the uninstaller for a program incorrectly removes registry entries that are used by Windows and the Add/Remove Programs tool. Try system restore first. If no progress, click start, type REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL and click ok. Any error message? Newly installed program can be displayed fine, that means the file APPWIZ.CPL should be fine.If you would like to remove the program from add\remove program, you can download the Windows cleanup utility instead.
