uninstall flash player to test

try all trouble shoot within that link

let us know the update

Hi,

WUAHandler.log used to provides information about when the Windows Update Agent on the client searches for software updates. There is no message about installation process error.

You can try to access to the path below to check UpdatesHandler.log and CBS.log for more details about update installation log.

CBS.log:  %WinDir% \Logs\CBS\

UpdatesHandler.log: %Windir%\SysWOW64\CCM\Logs

I closed IE and tried to update, again update had failed

That's to say, the old cbs.log should be renamed with its time and new cbs.log was generated. According to cbs,log you provided, there is no error message about Windows update installed failed. Conversely, Windows update package installed successfully.

However, I doesn't find any information about what MTC it is, I can't give you more information about these message, but it seems like these error is insignificant with Windows update installation.

Hi,

Increase the ' Max run Time' to 60 minutes for this Update. by default it is set as 10 Minutes. Then try to deploy this same update.
