Install error Windows 8.1 0xC1900101-0x20017

Hello,

I'm in charge of the PCs of a medical office, in France (sorry for my English). Computers were under Windows 8 without any problems. I made the migration to Windows 8.1 without bug for all computers except one.

This is a laptop Asus X50VL which was updated from Vista to Seven and then Windows 8 which works perfectly on it.

I've tried almost 20 times to upgrade to Windows 8.1 after many tests : clean boot, deactivation of many services, uninstallation of all programs and devices, etc... The procedure for upgrading to Windows 8.1 through the store always gives the same result: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 error.

I've tried all the solutions described here : Fix 0xC1900101-020017 Windows 8.1 Setup Error

I even formatted the hard drive , and made a new installation "clean install" of Windows 8, based on the original DVD (with no problem), without installing third party software, but still the same result.

I give you access to report files here :

I 've asked the question on answers.microsoft.com, here is the answer I got :

"These are the errors in the log

0x800705B4  --  Error_Timeout

Temporary connection-related errors may occur when you use Windows Update or Microsoft Update

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836941

You receive error 0x80070020 when you use the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883825

You receive a "0x80246002" error code when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958056

When you try to install updates from the Windows Update Web site or from the Microsoft Update Web site, you may receive a "0x80246007" error code

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958042

And this is where I believe the issue lies

Processing component-Windows-ETW-Core

Display ID of this manifest is (NULL)

manifest does not have any migration information

Without this, you will not be able to upgrade to Windows 8.1

My suggestion:  Repost to TechNet Forum.  These are IT techs that will be better able to assist you.

I asked the same question in social.technet.microsoft.com in Frenche here :

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/fr-FR/11d25f90-0fcc-4ccb-b6be-5e9612bfeb0b/problme-dinstallation-de-windows-81-erreur-0xc19001010x20017?forum=windows8fr

I tried the solution proposed :

1. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

http://technet.microsoft.com/fr-fr/library/hh824869.aspx

2. Run -> wsreset.exe ->

3. Clean boot

But the installation still fail with same error code.

That's why I turn to you . Hope you find the solution.

Cordially.
