To use Windows Update take a long time. I installed Windows 7 with 8Pcs to test. I need to install Language packs but I have here not stable and slow connection. Windows update will take me night stay. :( So if available, I want full language packs offline. :) Thanks

Ah, now I understand. Yes, there are language pack DVDs, one is part of the launch party gift (Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition), and a DVD *.iso is downloadable - ok, not offline - via TechNet/MSDN subscription. I would ask someone at Microsoft where those DVDs are available. I didn't see them offered at the big sellers, perhaps it's a question of time. There are not other ways to obtain language packs except Windows Update. We can only install packs via Windows Update. The DVD that was mentioned above is present of a Windows 7 related function.Arthur Xie - MSFT
