Inproc32, threading model, server error, or app id server error
When I try to upload suspected virus files to send to the antivirus company for their evaluation I get Inproc32, threading model, server error or app id server error. The antivirus company recomended that I check out a certain port. My dsl provider changed settings to open the required port, but I still get the error messages when trying to forward files.1 person needs an answerI do too

HiThere is an inherent Catch22 in this situation.The Virus probably generates this error, and you need to get rid of it first. Then if you get rid of it, you might have nothing to send the AV Company.They should know how to handle such a situation.There is an inherit fallacy in wide claims to Fix and support everything through the Internet when dealing with issues that are Internet connection related. It is like asking someone that cannot hear to diagnose something via sound differences.Try to do whatever you are trying to booting to safe mode with Network, and see if then you can upload.
