I'm not 100% if this is the correct forum group. We have a customer that is looking for advanced Incident Management Notifications using an IM client. They use Lync IM/P today via Lync server. They have quite a few requirements for this solution. Below are a few of these requirements. I'm curious to know if Lync can satisfy these. Note this is a transportation company. Thanks
- Native support to iOS and Android devices
- Support PC platform (e.g. web or native client)
- Multi-factor authentication (e.g email token, SMS token)
- Encrypted transmission and storage
- On Premise installation
- User self-enrolment & self-password retrieval
- Integration with Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP
- Contact list separate from mobile device.
- Guess/external access (e.g. email invitation, sms invitation etc.)
10. Open standard API for custom integration (e.g. WebSocket)
