Inability to access customized Mymsn
Once again (after many months) I am unable to access mymsn. I get the "refresh' message which does no good. I assume that Microsoft sent an update with a tweak in it that caused this problem.
I am using the new version of Norton 360.
I am hoping that MSN sends the fix soon.
This problem has occurred in the past and seems to get fixed when complaints go in. Meanwhile I need the info on that page.
