In my Network Folder, only offline files appear when I try to access another computer's files.
I have two computers, a laptop and a desktop, joined on a home network. Both computer run Windows 7. I use the offline files feature on my laptop over the network. If any computer has been in sleep mode for some time, when the computer(s) resume, my files on the desktop do not appear to be on the network. I can only view the offline files on the desktop avaliable to my laptop. I cannot view the various network drives or my printer that are connected to my desktop without restarting both computers. I have been dealing with this frustration for months and would like to figure out the problem. I have tried enabling more services on both computers, thinking that will solve the problem, but it still continues. I do have to say that enabling the services helped my laptop recognize any network files faster than before. Any insight would be excellent Thank you very much!
