Improved taskbar and full-screen previews doesnt work my configuration is a laptopintel dual core t9500 2.60 ghz 4 mb ram nvidia dedicated with 512 mb hd 820gb 2hard drives 1x320 system 7200 rpm 1x500 backup 5400 rpmthis is my 2nd intallation. in the first one works fine but the hd had problrms i change it (new one) and at the first time works fine then dissapear.no errors, all enable aero etc. doesnt open the preview, only text.thankspalma40

Well, I don't know whats going on, but I think either your computer can't handle Windows 7, or else it's just bugged. :( - Jason

Hi palma40I haven't seen this particular behavior reported before?The only time you should see text pop up instead of the preview is if that application does not have any windows open.I would suggext trying the Aero Troubleshooter. Open Control Panel and select Troubleshooting.Under Appearance and Personalization, click Display Aero desktop effects.In the following window, click the Advanced link and place a check mark in the Apply repairs automatically option.Click the Next Button.The troubleshooter will scan the system for anything that might be wrong with the Aero components and give you a report of the results.Let us know what you find.Thank You for testing Windows 7 Ronnie Vernon MVP

Palam, can you check one thing!in device manager, under display adapters check if there is any warning signs attached to the nvidia driver name.It's all about Windows.
