Hi We have customers having huge amount of data (40GB) in their profile. When they are enabled with roaming profile and folder redirection, the time required for first logon is very long as the file copying process takes long time. User cannot use their desktop before the whole process is completed. Is there any method to improve this user experience? Thanks.

Well I guess this cannot be avoided, since the data copying won't allow much more disk activity.
