Importing Contacts from .csv file Not Working
Running Windows 7 Service Pack 1
When I go into windows contacts It allows me to right click and add contacts how ever all buttons on the tool bar do not work when I click on Import nothing happens, I have the .csv file from my Samsung phone and I need to import those contacts so
I can sync them with my new phone but the Import or Export feature in windows is doing absolutely nothing. Please help

Hi,
Does this issue occur on all user accounts? I recommend creating a new account for a test.
If the issue still appears, please perform SFC.Kim Zhou
