Unfortunately the import, as described in help, is not possible. The import in Live mail doesn' ask for a directory, where to find the *.pst-file, it just asks for a *.wab-addressbook. Outlook is not installed in windwos7, I just took the *.pst-file on the disk.

I exported my Outlook 2003 contacts to a .CSV file then imported them into Windows Mail.

It seems that I cannot login in live hotmail because I have no hotmail account. So it is not possible to download the import wizzard. I tried the import with a CSV-file but did not suceed either, because Live contact imports all fileds from outlook in one field in Live contact. What else can I do?

Finally I succeededas to send all my contacts as vcards but stored the mail with the attached vcards in the draft folder, from there in an empty folder, which I then transferred to my win7-system, where I could import all the vcards in Live contacts without problems. Seems not to be a win7 problem. Thank you all for your help.WhoLi
