Imexpert unable to see federated partners presents?

Hi All,

we are setting up IM expert in our company. Im getting stuck with an issue, need your help.

We are two company. Company 1 is federated with company2.

IM expert is installed and configured in Company1.

Any question asked from any ware ie company1 and company2 users. Only company1 users are getting the questions.

Company2 users event those they are online, questions are not routed to them.

Need your help in resolving this issue.

Hi

Check the SRV record sipfederationtls._tcp.domain.com with port 5061 pointed to.

Also please make sure the port 5061 traffic isn't blocked by any firewall on both sides. Check if you have any Event errors.

Try to check with https://www.testocsconnectivity.com/

Hi Raju,

Thanks for the quick reply... I issue is particular to IMexpert. Which is unable to find company2 users presence.

Whereas, normal users are able to find the presence after engaging with and conversation.

Yes check the above it might be the Federation configuration issue.

Did you checked the configuration. Can you check the Connectivity using test connectivity.

Are you sure IM Expert can work with federation company? I did not find any reference about federation in IM Expert document.
