First, run System Restore and go back to a time before the infection occurred. That might fix the problem. If it doesn't, start the computer in Safe mode with networking . If you can't connect to the Internet in that mode, download the malware removal program on another computer and copy it to yours using a USB flash drive, CD, etc.

I downloaded the malware removal program on my flash drive, and once I try to open it on my " other " computer, it says that the file is infected. What should I do next? Thanks!

What malware removal program did you download? Are you sure that it's legitimate? Have you tried System Restore?

System Restore worked, but then it came back in a few hours. Now when I try System Restore it crashes my computer. Can't access internet. Dowloaded Spyhunter and AVG to USB and transferred over but they won'r run without accessing internet. MalwareBytes Anti-Malware worked, and found some infected files, but all the bad stuff is still happening - no internet connection, can't run my regular protection ("the prgram was unable initialize properly"). At wits end...any suggestions? Any advice?
