In the Task Manager, Networking tab, I see continual activity even though I am not specifically communicating via the web by browsing or MSN chat. The activity speed is slow (~10 - 20kbps), but continuous. Occasionally my antivirus (Symantec) real-time scan informs me of a virus discovered in some file that was successfully removed from the file, or that the file was deleted. I suspect these two issues are connected. Is there any way I can identify what application is communication over my cable modem, and from where on the Web it is doing this?
