I was setting up a custom icon and I notice that if I saved it in my pictures folder that it makes the icon small and a big clear box around it (only box gets bigger if you resize it), If I save the same icon in the download folder it works fine.Seemed like the first time I change the Icon it looked fine for awhile, but now it just changes to the small with big box version if in the my picture folder.
