I use Outlook Express and cannot get mail from a certain sender, who is in my address book and is NOT on the blocked sender list.

I cannot receive e-mails from a certain sender. This name is listed in my address book and NOT on my blocked sender list.1 person needs an answerI do too

A few things to consider and try.Is this a POP3 account?Do you have any blocked senders?Do you have any message rules?Do you have a spam program, either on your machine, or provided by your ISP?If you send them a message and they use Reply, does that message come through? Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail]
