The Mail App is included with a group of apps in the Store.

Open the Windows Store.

Right Click and select Your Apps at the top of the window.

In the drop down menu, select the All Apps option.

Locate the Mail, Calendar, People and Messaging App.

Left click that tile and select the Install Icon on the bottom toolbar.

I do the above, from the drop down menu I select the All Apps option.  All I get is a screen saying "Your apps","you haven't installed any apps yet".  No matter how many times and different ways I select all apps from that drop down list.  Grrrr.
