I started to get BSODs
Hello. When i bought my new computer, first month i was getting few bsods randomly, but after some time they gone. And from yesterday my computer began to crash with about 3BSODs every day. And i don't know why my computer began to crash, i haven't installed anything new or something else... So I am asking to you, can you help me? This is my latest bsod report from event viewer: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000099, 0x00000000000bdf16, 0x0000000000000002, 0x000000000010ccdd). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 060412-18080-01." 1. Test your installation with antivirus program uninstalled. 2. Are there any logs in Event log? 3. Test your RAM memory a disk. 4. You have problem with PFN_LIST_CORRUPT Regards Milos

Hi, After checking the dump file, I found the error code 0x4E_99 was received, you can refer to Bug Check 0x4E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. The corrupt process is chrome.exe, which is related to chrome. I suggest you can try the following steps to test the issue. 1. Uninstall the chrome program to test the issue. 2. Test the issue in Clean Boot 3. Scan your computer for computer viruses. 4. Update all the drivers Furthermore, I suggest that you can contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently.
