I need to change my password restrictions and the 'minimum password length' in the Local Security settings window is grayed how do I change this so i can access and change to '0' for no password?

I am using microsoft XP. I can access the window - Security Settings/Account Policies/Password Policywindow but I can not alter any of the settings in the folder. Thank you for any assistance.Donm1 person needs an answerI do too
