I lost my computer administrator password and im locked out. The only user account i have is Guest. I tried clicking HOME under user accounts but it wont send me to the correct page im looking for to edit accounts. i understand that its for administrators but i still cant access that account.1 person needs an answerI do too

I beleive formatting and reinstalling seems to be the best option, since Microsoft does not entertain any password breaches nor hacking them..
