I lost all system restore points except for the last two
I noticed that my system lost all system restore points except for the last two. I did full scan of my system using MSE, which showed no immediate threats. I also scanned the system with Spybot S&D, which showed no threats too.
What else do I need to do in order to ensure that my system has not been compromised?
System: Windows 7 Home Basic SP1 x64 (6.1.7601), MSE 1.103.395.0, Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421
Computer: Acer Extensa 4630Z

To make sure that there is no impact of old viruses, spywares and malware programs, perform a repair install of your OS.
