I've used Eusing reg cleaner, ____ cleaner, scan disk - when i use defrag, it says i have NTFS file system, capacity 32.30 GB, 403 mb free space and only 1% memory free space. Disk drive d has FAT32 4.99 gb and 1.89 gb free or 37% free. I get a warning message that there is not enough space to defrag because I need 15% free space. Disk drive d has FAT32 4.99 gb and 1.89 gb free or 37% free. I get a warning message that there is not enough space to defrag because I need 15% free space. [major snippage]How do i get remove programs to work and why is my gigabyte storage suddenly gone?NOTE: This is not the proper forum to post HiJackThis logs (or any other logs, for that matter). That said, and with the caveat that I'm not a malware expert, a very quick glance at your HiJackThis log didn't seem to indicate anything untoward.1. Using a registry cleaner may well have caused your problem. Is there an option in "Eusing reg cleaner" to restore the registry to its "pre-cleaned" state (but don't do this if it's been a while since you did it or if you've added/removed applications after "cleaning")? If it hasn't been long since you ran a registry cleaner and you haven't added or removed any applications since then, try using System Restore to go back to a point in time before you ran the registry cleaner.2. Using "______ cleaner," whatever that is, may also have caused your problem.3. Drive D: seems awfully small ... but that's really not an issue at this point.4. Have you run Disk Cleanup? [Start > Run > cleanmgr > OK] Did you select the option to remove all restore points except the most recent one? (But see #1 first)5. What do you mean by "why is my gigabyte storage suddenly gone"? Have you not been getting "low disk space" warnings for a while?6. At this point, the simplest solution, and ultimately the best solution, might be to purchase a significantly larger hard drive and clone your existing drive to it (many hard drives come with software to do this or the drive mfr makes such software available on its website). Once you have a little breathing space on your hard drive, you can start dealing with your other issues.
