I know the administrator password but dont know username password windows vista. PLEASE HELP!!
I bought a computer at the pawn shop.I was given the administrator password but I was not given the username password. I tried to sign on under safe mode as administrator so I could change things around or even start a new user if I can't use that one. It gives me an error message saying that the administrator account is disabled as it is the same with guest. The only one thats active is the former owner but I don't have the password. I also do not have a windows vista cd. Is there any help?

You can create a vista administrator password reset disk to reset your password. Follow this 5 easy steps: 1. Enter a computer that can link to Internet. Download Windows Password Reset Tool and install the software on that computer. 2. Run the software and create windows password reset disk by follow the instructions. 3. Eject the created CD/DVD and insert it into the locked computer. 4. Reboot the locked computer (it's necessary for you to change your locked computer's BIOS setting to make it boot from CD drive) and then follow the instructions to reset Account password. 5. Now login Windows and set a new password.Reset Windows Administrator Password
