I hv windows 7 OS in my system, i hv to work with PHP so i installed Apache in my server. But most of the time when i start Apache Server i get a error message Requested operation failed.

Also i added wamp server in windows 7 but when i try to open localhost in my pc i get a display of IIS 7.0 Server home page instead of my files saved in localhost, kindly let me know how to fix this

coolgal, you have IIS holding down port 80 unless you set Apache to use a UNUSED port it will not start. remove IIS or edit httpconf to have apache use another port.
