I have used every free virus, malware, trojan remover I can find, including Microsoft Security Essentials.
I have two customers who got a virus or something from Facebook in the last two weeks. What happens is when the person goes to their Web mail or Windows Update they just get a blank screen. Some pages work, but not all. However, I loaded Mozilla Firefox and it works fine on everything. I would like to find a solution and not just rebuild the two computers. One is a Toshiba Laptop running XP Home Edition and the other is a Dell Inspiron running Vista 64 bit Home Edition.I have installed Uniblue Registry Booster, which will not run either. However, Regcure does run. I found some issues that were repaired. I have tried the Fixit utilities as well from Microsoft.Any ideas?Brad1 person needs an answerI do too

I called Microsoft and received the answer. Create a ".bat" file named whatever you like. It must contain the following:regsvr32 jscript.dllregsvr32 vbscript.dllregsvr32 mshtml.dllregsvr32 msxml.dllregsvr32 softpub.dllregsvr32 wintrust.dllregsvr32 initpki.dllregsvr32 dssenh.dllregsvr32 rsaenh.dllregsvr32 cryptdlg.dllYou might get an error when you get to mshtml.dll, but ignore it. Then try IE again.Brad
