I have two pop3 email accts with att and 1 Imapi e-amil account G-mail.  I'm trying to use only one personal folders but only one e-amil acct will work with one personal folder. Can I change that?
windows XP MS Office 2003 service packs all installed, xp packs all installed. AMD 2x processor with Gigabyte motherboard. Outlook professional allows me to specify the personal folders on my e: drive, not in Documents and Settings folder, but keeps putting the gmail Imapi inbox there after I tell it to use the E: drive folder. The pop3 mail accts allow me to use the E; drive folder as personal folders but only one e-mail can only be sent or received. Is there a way to make all the e-mail accts use one personal folder where I want it instead of the default. Where is the default definition that causes it to go to the Documents and Settings folder and why do I have to have a personal folder for every e-mail acct?1 person needs an answerI do too

Not if you have an imap acount set up, they would all need to be pop mail accounts, then you would have a single set of default folders. In your current setup you would have a single set of Personal Folders (for pop mail) and a second Imap folder set
