I have trouble accessing the internet after installing Service pack 3
Original title :service pack 3__I've recently downloaded service pack 3. Now I have trouble accessing the internet. In addition, if I try and uninstall, I get an error that the program doesn't exist.

Hi thscott7, In addition to Jack’s suggestions, Do you get any error message when you try to access the internet?
