the above is my log. Please help. My computer have problems after it started some updates and now will automatically shut down my HDD saying unable to detect. I have been doing well until recently updated my windows 7.

Hi,
I suggest try the following steps to test the issue:
1. Disable all security applications and test the issue again.
2. Try
this Microsoft Fixit and see how it works.
3. Run system update readiness tool, restart your system and try to install again.
System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [May 2012]
4. Download
Windows 7 SP1 Standalone Installer and install it in
Clean Boot Mode.
For 64-bit Windows 7, please download windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe
5. Run
System File Checker tool to check if there are errors.
If the issue persists, you can refer to
How to fix errors found in the CheckSUR.log.

this is from the fixit. Its the report generated. The above report looks normal but these are the errors spotted. Hope this helps. I can't use the PC lately at all. Its terrible.
