It's unlikely that a virus would interfere with mail reception and not have any other symptoms. More often than not, delivery failure is not something that the recipient can affect. Do you read your mail using a mail client or a web browser? If the former, log into your mailbox using a web browser and look to see if the messages are in the mailbox. If they are not, then the delivery problem is either on the sender's end or in the routing path between them and your mailbox. If, however, you do see the messages in the mailbox, then there is a problem with your mail client accessing the mailbox in order to download the messages. What mail client do you use? When you execute a send/receive, are any errors noted? Does your client have troubleshooting logs available in which you can look to see what transpires during a send/receive, which may give a clue as to what's failing?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
