I have read the same problems in the forum but they mention windows vista, not XP. The exact error message when trying to access home share is ' The shared libray 'Antonia Barlow's library' is not responding (-39). Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to alow communication on port 3689' When trying to access the itunes store it just doesn't connect.The given solution is to go into parental controls and edit the allowed or blocked list, but I don't know what exactly to type in on the allowed web sites.
