I have a problem with this TEMP profile
Hi I have a problem with my computer I use XP service pack3, Avg 9.0 & malewarebytes anti maleware. This problem has happened a week ago & I still cant reslove this. I log in into my administrator accoun & encounter these msgs.Theres a User Environment pop up left hand side is a picture of a face before a computer screen along with a pen/pencil & a ruler. "Windows cannot locate the locally store profile.Possible causes of this error includes insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your network admin. DETAIL-Error performing inpage operation." (it also has a 30sec countdown on the right hand side of the message)Next popup after clicking the ok button.User environment (same pic on the left side & a 30 sec count down)"Windows cannt find the local profile & is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off."(presses ok button). When I go to the local c drive> Doc & settings> TEMP folder (try to delete it) Pop up with the heading deleteTEMP is a windows folder & is required to run properly. It cannot be deleted.I have to admit I'm not that tech savy so please bear with me if I ask a billion questions along the way. I thought it was a virus or maleware issue or their software but after contacting the 2companies in question & did what they thought it might've been. I had to come here for help. Thankyou for those who have the time to read this.2 people need an answerI do too

I cant reformat to due to the fact I dont have an external cd/dvd drive. I dont know how to use system restore either. Is there anyone specialised that I can get in contact with please?
