I have a box popping up that states; I'll write verbatim what it says. McciAsyncEventMgrWnd:McciBrowser.exe-Unable to locate Component. This application failed to start because ipworks6.dll was not found. Re-installing app may fix problem. Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. I read in another area that it has something to do with Internet Explorer 8. Hopefully there will be some sort of patch from Microsoft.

I spoke to a verizon on live chat rep and they said they couldn't do anything cause its an operating system file..I type in ipwork6.dll and there's all these registry fix programs from different companies that want you to purchase there product.
