Run the registry editor and open this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\System Add osk.exe to the value, preceding it with a comma if there's already something there. Another solution, if IT allows it, is to configure the computer to log you on automatically: 1. Click Start > Run , type control userpasswords2 in the box, and click OK . 2. Un-check Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer . 3. Click OK . 4. Specify the user name and password for automatic logon.

Steve,Thanks for the reply.I have added to the registry key and all is good.I still need the username and password as there will be times when I will need to remote desktop into the machine and that requires a password to be entered. Thanks for your help.
