Dear Marilyn - Support Engineer.I have been trying for almost a week to resolve my Email problem. In the latest "alert" that I received in my email has led me to you. It says you have moved my question to somewhere else. Where should I look now? I have been sent to the Windows XP forum. the Email Client and Device Issue forum, program forum. I am so confused now that I don't know where to look. I keep reading messages that read: " Our moderators have determined that this issue has been resolved. BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED !! I can not send mail from my Outlook Express 6. I am at my wits end. Could you or someone PLEASE tell me what I have to do to get this issue resolved. Is there a telephone number I can call and ask for help. It is getting very tiring to receive mail on Outlook Express 6 and then have to switch over to my Gmail account to reply to the received mail. What is next?Thank you for your time,Michael George
