I have 2 problems after installing windows 7 Rc First one when start my pc give me message to make checkdisc scan and stop at 46% processing then i have to make reboot and canceld this action to start windows.seconde problem when starting internt explorer 8 give me message that internet explorer can't start with addon skype 3.85 and have to install new version after i installed new version 4.00 give me the same message and have to disactivate this addon to start internet explorer

More details about your system could be helpful....1). How long are you letting checkdisc scan run after 46% processing? Most disk scanning programs can take a very long time, even with a smaller HDD. If the HDD is larger, it takes even longer....If it ever does complete, you probably won't have to run it again.2). Apparently IE8 doesn't support Skype (yet). It'll probably be fixed by RTM.Regards from the Valley of the Sun.

My HDD is 120 GB,I have 1 GB memory and 1.66 core 2 duo intel proccessor, I let checkdisc scan run about 15 or 20 minutes after reach to 46 percentage but no response and percentage number not change. then i have to click any button to cancel this checkdisc to log in windows 7, that's all
