I copied the .dbx files to the Outlook Express Folder But they do not appear when Outlook Express is started. I had no problem copying my Windows Address Book (WAB) file. My Addresses show up but I have important files saved in folders that I need and are irreplaceable. Can anyone please help meErnie in Arizona 1 person needs an answerI do too

Did you copy Folders.dbx? That file tells Outlook Express the names of the other folders that are present.Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional

Copy all of the old folders to the Outlook Express store folder: C:\Documents and Settings\User \Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{Identity }\Microsoft\Outlook Express where: User = your Windows XP user name Identity = string of letters, numbers, and dashes Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional
