I got an overlay of the icon of add/remove programs over my applications. and the files for whom i dont have software to open also changed their icon see the picture below i installed a program called HTC Home (maybe) also that day i installed a theme and after reboot.. i got the problem..I uninstalled the programs but still the problem is there. I dont want to format and reinstall the win7 so dont suggest it.Please
